Stage 1: Understanding the Project
The process begins with a clear understanding of the project’s needs, location, intended use, dimensions, references, expected schedule, and target budget. Access, climate, regulatory, transportation, and operational restrictions are identified to determine the appropriate solution.
Stage 2: Scope and Technical Criteria
Inclusions and exclusions are clearly established from the outset. Drawings are reviewed and the applicable technical requirements are defined, including structure, roofing, drainage, seals, anchors, electrical routes, lighting, air conditioning, CCTV, façade, flooring, finishes, and other relevant systems.
Stage 3: Proposal and Validation
A technical and commercial proposal is presented, including quantities, materials, payment conditions, estimated timelines, and responsibilities. Any changes are documented and validated before purchases or manufacturing are authorized.
Stage 4: Engineering, Supply, and Manufacturing
Technical information is coordinated with manufacturers and suppliers throughout the process. Material availability and production progress are monitored, while samples, product information sheets, shop drawings, and photographs may be reviewed when required before manufacturing is completed.
Stage 5: Quality Control
Defined quality checkpoints are verified throughout the project. Depending on the scope, these may include roofing, sealants, openings, anchors, corrosion protection, finishes, electrical installation, and functional testing of contracted systems.
Stage 6: Logistics and International Trade
Applicable documentation is prepared or coordinated, and the transportation scope is clearly established. Packaging, loading, freight, insurance, customs procedures, import clearance, storage, unloading, and handling are identified in advance to minimize unexpected costs or responsibilities.
Stage 7: Deployment and Delivery
Once the site is ready, the contracted activities for receiving, assembly, connection, adjustment, and validation are carried out. Delivery is documented with outstanding items, warranties, and applicable use or maintenance conditions.
