What types of projects does WU Innovation Building develop?
We participate in modular solutions, structures, housing, hospitality, commercial spaces, warehouses, plants, floating modules, and specialized supplies. The exact scope is defined according to each project and may range from supply to coordination of several stages.
Do you work only with modules?
No. Modularity is an important part of our offering, but we also coordinate structures, components, finishes, equipment, international purchasing, documentation, and logistics.
Can you adapt a solution to my design?
Yes, provided that technical feasibility, transportation dimensions, materials, budget, and local requirements are reviewed. Changes must be approved before purchasing or manufacturing.
Do you include transportation and installation?
They may be included, but they are not assumed. Each proposal states whether it includes packaging, loading, freight, insurance, customs, unloading, handling, assembly, anchoring, connections, or commissioning.
Do you manage imports and exports?
We can coordinate commercial documentation and international logistics within the agreed scope. Taxes, permits, import clearance, and importer responsibilities are defined for each country and operation.
Who handles licenses and permits?
It depends on the contract. As a general rule, the owner and local specialists manage licenses, permits, and approvals with the authorities. If additional support is required, it must be expressly included in the scope.
How do you control quality?
We define review points, checklists, and evidence according to the project. Controls may cover materials, dimensions, seals, anchors, corrosion protection, systems, finishes, and functional testing.
Do you offer a warranty?
The warranty is established in the applicable proposal and contract. Coverage depends on the manufacturer, component, use, transportation, installation, maintenance, and site conditions.
How long does a project take?
The timeline depends on definition, engineering, approvals, manufacturing, material availability, logistics, customs, and site preparation. After reviewing the initial information, we provide a proposed route and estimated schedule.
What do I need to send to receive a proposal?
The location, use, dimensions, drawings or sketches, references, level of finish, required systems, target date, and expected transportation and installation scope.
Do you handle projects outside Mexico?
Yes. The portfolio documents activity in Mexico, Colombia, and the United States. Coverage for each new project is confirmed according to destination, scope, and logistics feasibility.
